In his defense he was trying to pull a relatives truck out of the surf . She was driving a 2 wheel drive truck at high tide . To keep from getting stuck she was traveling approx 30 mph . A Park Ranger pulled her over for going 5 over . He stopped her at the surf line in the water . Kinda of a Dick thing for them to do .
