Bubble Puppy from the show Bubble Guppies Cookies!!!

I hand cut this cookie in the shape of Bubble Puppy. Baked, cooled, iced in Wilton Sky Blue Colour and allowed it to fully dry (overnight preferably). I used my KopyKake projector to project image on cookie and edible food pen to draw him out.

I place the cookie in front of a cool fan in between each section so that it crusts over… Make sure to take care when handling cookies during each step as the icing will not be dry right through.
