When the family of four brought Thanos, a 4-month-old pit bull puppy, to the Cy-Fair Animal Hospital, it was clear he wasn’t acting like himself. “His family adopted him not too long before that, but it was very obvious that he was a big part of the family and loved very much,” said Dr. Michael Lavigne, a veterinarian in Animal Planet’s The Vet Life. They brought the pit bull puppy into surgery, where Lavigne discovered what was causing the puppy discomfort: “It looks like… is that a sock?”
