A driver in Baxter, Kentucky noticed a moving garbage bag on the side of the road and pulled over to discover a puppy inside.
The rescue was recorded and posted to Facebook Aug. 25 by Malissa Sergent Lewis.
Lewis wrote, “If this is your puppy, let me know. If you are the scoundrel who put it in a garbage bag and tossed it on the side of the road… you’re a sicko.”
