WBAL-TV 11 News welcomed a new member to the family Monday morning, introducing the “Puppy With A Purpose” to viewers during a live national broadcast on NBC’s “TODAY Show.” Working in cooperation with NBC “TODAY” and America’s VetDogs, WBAL-TV’s new puppy, an 8-week-old female black Labrador Retriever, is set to undergo 16 months of training to become a service dog for a veteran or first responder with disabilities.
