Since Tuesday Theresa heard a puppy crying in the storm sewer in front of her home on Almondwood Spring. She called police, fire, animal control and nothing. Using plastic bottles and rope she made spall dishes and several times a day lowered food to the young black lab who wears a red color. They opened the sewer lid and even put a blanket in it but when the dog sees humans, it runs back into the pipes. Thursday night Spring Fire Department responded along with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office but they were unable to capture the dog wither. A neighbor said she has heard the dog down in there for over a week now.
