These are the horrific results of what animal control says was a botched procedure by a teenager. The poor Pitbull pup named King was bleeding at the ears and sewn up with fishing line after police say 19-year-old Brandi Seipe cropped them off. Animal Control in Palm Beach, Florida say Seipe was neither experienced nor legally licensed to perform the operation. Seipe was charged with animal cruelty. If convicted she faces up to 5 years in prison.
