Remember the 16-week-old Boston Terrier puppy that was found living at a puppy mill in Lancaster County, PA? He was named Libre (both Spanish and French for “free”) and wasn’t given much chance of survival. He had been starved and neglected. He had mange all over, and maggots covered his skin.
