A couple went to buy a puppy from a property owner in Mississippi. Once they got the puppy, they took it to a veterinarian. The couple wasn’t really a couple – they were undercover members of a group called Animal Rescue Corps (ARC). The puppy was in such bad condition a search warrant was issued, and the group went to investigate.
Scotlund Haisley, ARC’s founder, said there was a lot of suffering on that property located in the town of Senatobia.
