Hope for paws when the Houston SPCA is involved? Not likely. That is until a local man helping to feed National Guard Troops at the Ford Center in Beaumont, Texas where peoples pet dogs and cats where brought in, stepped in and broke the law to save a pitbull puppy.

This man knows the Houston SPCA kills Pit Bull and other breed specific dogs like Rottweilers.

This video illustrates the measure some people will take to keep certain dogs out of the hands of the Houston SPCA.

The Houston SPCA was receiving dogs, cats, horses and livestock in Beaumont at the Ford Park Entertainment Center. This location came under scrutiny when it was rumored that pit bulls went in but didn’t come out alive. It was all over social media to take this breed of dog to Montgomery County or they would be killed.

It has not been confirmed whether this was a truth. Interestingly, a few days later, the Houston SPCA shut down operations in Beaumont and relocated the animals to their facility in Houston. Their communications person has not returned our calls as of this publication. It is believed Houston SPCA did not want to be so exposed in the open air environment – preferring to do their business behind closed doors with no inquiring eyes.

However, the man who took this puppy did say this pittie did not have tags – although the guardian had left the dogs in the care of the Houston SPCA with tags.

The man also said that while he was at Ford center late on Saturday September 2, 2017 – pitties – about 20 crates worth had already disappeared.

Soon after, the puppy sprang back to life and can be seen squealing
This is the heart-warming moment a soldier brings a drowned puppy back to life with CPR in Thailand.
It was found by squaddies in a flooded garage at an army base, and while its siblings survived the waters, the runt of the litter was thought to have died.
However, one soldiers refused to give up on the tiny dog, and performed heart massage and rescue breaths for several minutes.

German Shepherd Puppy Playing With Rescued Kitten | Frosty Life Vlog

This German Shepherd is a six month old puppy and is very closely supervised while he is playing with the kitten. He is a very big dog. The kitten is just over 3 months old, and is a very little but brave, playful and curious kitten. We rescued this kitten from a gas station along a busy highway after he was abandoned. Watching this German Shepherd puppy playing with this kitten is amazing because they really love to play with each other. I firmly believe that this dog will protect this kitten as part of his own pack. However, the dog is very big and can be a clumsy puppy and even though this German Shepherd would not intentionally harm the kitten, he can get a little rambunctious and could harm the kitten by accident, which is why we closely supervise this GSD. I also believe that the dog needs the experience and training of how we want him to behave while he is with the kitten. Each time the German Shepherd is with the kitten, his behavior is improved and he is even more gentle and calm with the kitten. We do not allow the dog to become rough with the kitten.
